Warming Up Soufflé on Shabbos

Question
Soufflé is a type of chocolate cupcake that is served as a warm dessert. It is baked for a very short time, so that the inner part is a bit runny. When the cupcake cools down, the inner part becomes solid, but once it is reheated, it becomes runny again and is ready to serve. If you keep it on the hotplate too long, it might reach a stage at which it will finish the baking process. I saw in the Shulchan Aruch (318:14) that it is not permitted to put water close to a fire on Shabbos when there is a chashash that it will cook. Is it permitted to warm up a cold soufflé on a hotplate on Shabbos?
Thank you.

It is a very small safeik that this cake will be left for such a long time on the hotplate. Since the ballabuste wants to serve the soufflé when it is still a bit moist inside, she will probably not let it bake. Furthermore, since the soufflé is much better moist than completely baked and dry, it would be considered mitztameik vera lo, which is not prohibited.
